Last week I was fortunate to witness the most incredible tornado I’ve ever seen in person, and on the internet. A rapidly swirling dome sky overhead dropped a dramatic thin tornado with a head and tail. Standing next to tornadoes make you feel tiny enough, but when the tornado and mesocyclone mimicked an ova being fertilized, that human scale was brought down to the microscopic. 
Shortly after birth this seemingly sentient tornado morphed through many dramatic shapes. A long bending snaky tube followed by a thick stove pipe were a couple highlights. After the death of this tornado, the storm became a tornado breeding machine producing several clutches of twins and even triplets!
